Job Description
• Strategy Development
Closely work with country leaders and support in middle and long- term strategy development
Help to set and break down KPI & key initiatives, proactively follow and engage in business strategy implementation
• Business performance and operational analysis
Conduct business performance and operational analysis, prepare and coordinate monthly business review
• Research and Analysis
Conduct research on relevant industry including eCommerce, logistics and supply chain in Russia and CIS countries., develop and propose key initiatives based on global strategy
Job requirements
Bachelor/ Master or MBA degree holder with at least 5-8 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ E-commerce/Retailing.
Consulting firm working experience, oversea branches working experience of Chinese company will be a plus.
Structure thinking and top down approach, be positive and optimistic, hands on capability and attitude.
Have good international perspectives and leadership potential, work under cross culture context and under pressure.
Russian and English is must. Mandarin will be plus.
