Scope of work:
Negotiate and sign TSA, HMA with hotel operator.
Manage hotel tasks and schedule, to support timely and quality delivery of design, construction and FF&E of hotel.
Coordinate with operator to set up hotel management team.
Establish and control hotel related budget and cost.
Overall responsibility for the Product and Conceptual design.
Set Design tasks and manage external consultants, service providers and suppliers.
Define communication strategies with regard to clients and project stakeholders.
Consolidate and present work progress to Design Director and CEO.
Direct reporting to the Design Director.
Experience:
Proven experience in the field
Proven good client communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of FF&E landscape across all product of hotels.
Good numerical skills and attention to details.
Conditions:
Fixed-term employment contract for one-year period with further extension.
The probation period — 3 months.
Regular weekly work schedule is Monday to Friday, with working hours 9/10 — 18/19.
The salary will be negotiated personally with successful candidate after the interview.
