We are an international trading and manufacturing company (Trading House TMZ), one of the largest players in the market of suppliers of ferroalloy products and raw materials for metallurgical industries. Our main specialization: preparation and trade of raw materials for metallurgy: ferroalloys (large-tonnage and low-tonnage), deoxidizers, energy materials (coke, pitch, anthracite). Currently, we are expanding our presence in international markets and opening a competition for the position of head of a foreign subsidiary with a location in the UAE, Dubai.
At the moment, a legal entity has been established in the UAE, a staff has been recruited (sales managers, logistics managers, support managers within the local jurisdiction), pilot sales are being carried out.
Tasks for the position of the head of a subsidiary company:
- organization of work of a legal entity in the UAE;
- organization of supplies of products (ferroalloys, deoxidizers) from Kazakhstan to any international markets; elaboration of these markets from scratch, formation of a customer base;
Requirements:
- higher education, in the priority of Western universities, an MBA degree will be your advantage;
- management experience of at least 5 years;
- understanding of the specifics of doing business in the UAE and in the international market, the availability of communications in the business environment;
- realized successful experience in international sales from 5 years;
- experience of long-term international business trips/work abroad;
- sales experience in metallurgy or related industries, understanding of the specifics of the metallurgical industry, knowledge and understanding of the industrial sphere;
- fluent English;
- knowledge of international logistics;
- knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
