WAHL Rus (WAHL Clipper Corporation) is searching for a National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee all sales operations and evaluate them according to established goals and the One Wahl Global Strategy
Own all impactful plans and strategies for developing business and achieving resp. exceeding the company’s sales goals
Manage sales budget and expenditures: Size of directly assigned resources/budgets defined by corporate policy and internal rules regulations
Build, lead and inspire high-performing sales team to drive growth and territory expansion while improving customer experience in accordance with the One Wahl Global Strategy and the Wahl Way principles
Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for EMEA HQ and local Managing Director for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
Provide full visibility resp. actionable insights into the sales pipeline at every stage of development to EMEA HQ and local Managing Director
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Work collaboratively across teams
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to align functional strategies and ensure brand consistency
Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Qualification:
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
Experience: Significant (7+ years) work experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Proven ability to manage and lead high-performance teams toward common goals. Highly collaborative, a great listener, and able to influence cross-functional teams to drive action and results

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
Customer-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management / building skills

Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level; ideate and directly execute
Solid computer skills, and experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance management tools
