В одну из крупнейших фармкомпаний GSK требуется National Sales Director.

 

Summary:
National Sales Head is a sales professional responsible for developing sales strategies and managing sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue. Ambitious, highly energetic person able to thrive in the fast pacing environment while leading your team by example.
This role is critical to success as it is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective sales operation geared to the market opportunities present, through driving expedited growth and customers. This NSD role is responsible for leading sales team that is adept at driving demand, managing key account relationships, and working collaboratively with a coalition of specialists, medical affairs, market access and commercial partners.
This role will partner closely with other NSD’s, Marketing leaders, Commercial Excellence, , etc. to ensure that company`s field organization is equipped and capable of meeting customer and business expectations of today and in the future.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Building a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, empowerment, and the recognition of individual and team achievement
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, CTC departments to ensure business consistency

 

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree
  • English upper- intermediate
  • Experience as a National Sales Manager not less than 2 years
  • More than 5 years of people management experience is a must
  • Exposure to having worked more than 4 years in a business involving both OMI and Regional reimbursment in Onco, Rare disease, Spesiality care is a must
  • You have extensive experience in working with key distributors in reimbursement chanel
  • You have strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role
  • You have experience in new business development
  • You are a hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor and have a strong track record of building & leading high performing sales teams
  • You have strong commercial acumen and effective planning skills
  • You have strong understanding of the Tender/Hospital segment environment
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence
  • You are well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities
  • You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver
  • You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You have ability to communicate effectively and to build rapport with customers at all levels
