Wella is looking for a National Key Account Manager Retail Hair.
Key responsibilities:
Sell, implement, and evaluate joint business plans with customers in your section to deliver NR, shipment, and share goal provided by the MKT & TM Team;
Lead development of aggressive but realistic objectives for Customers and be proactive with Trade Marketing for plan creation and realization;
Develop, lead and evaluate with Key Accounts (KAs) joint business plans that deliver volume and share objectives;
Provide leadership to key initiatives listing on time (0-3 Mo after SOS);
Lead KAs volume estimating process;
Sell Corporate guidance (eg, category shelving principles) — consistently representing WELLA principles, values, strategies and philosophies;
Evaluate, monitor, and improve in-store presence;
To provide tasks for merchandisers (monthly), control coverage effectiveness in your section;
Lead and control the deployment of funds (BDF) against clearly defined business channels specific volume and DPSM opportunities;
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key KAs executives;
Create alignment internally and with KAs of policies, strategies and objectives;
Control KAs operations overseeing Finance (P/L, working capital, cash flow), System, Customer Service/Logistics and Inventory Management;
Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, deductions, price changes, administrative issues, document flow etc.);
Plan and align promo activities in advance (min before 3 Mo);
Lead major Business reviews with KAs identifying building business opportunities and breakthrough ideas;
Ensure perfect reporting including Business Review, initiative tracking reports, Sell-out data, Stock, competitive information etc.;
Analysis of the situation with customer (after the promo, after receiving Sell-out and Stock data);
Lead and develop E-com Brick and Click of KAs.
