Danone is looking for a National Customer Category Manager.
In this role you will:
- Lead category projects with key clients to sustain category growth and Danone market share.
- Manage current portfolio and support to create portfolio strategy: define assortment strategy by channels, by client; define gaps and quick wins, help to improve changes with sales team.
- Develop and provide a consistent category management approach & guidelines for the categories: assortment, shelving, merchandising.
- Develop and sustain regular processes and reports in catman: measurement and analytics of sale and category metrics; plan-o-grams and schemograms creation.
- Create presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop communication with other departments: Sales, Marketing, CI, PRGM
Manage a team.
Feel free to apply if you have:
- University Degree.
- At least 3-4 years in Category Management; Experience in Sales/Trade marketing is a plus.
- Experience of building relations and leading negotiations with retail clients.
- Strong analytical experience; Advanced user of Excel and Power Point.
- Strong presentation skills.
- English at upper-intermediate or advanced level.
