Responsibilities:
- Effective team management, building relationships, finding optimization opportunities with increasing workload
- Work with the product team and other departments to improve the quality of service
- Look for ways to make good use of bones and resources
- Execute ad-hoc analyses and research to initiate quick wins and long-term solutions
- Department's budget planning and control of expenses, developing and maintaining of financial models for meeting business KPIs and financial targets
- Build the automated analytical and visualization tools
- Analyze and highlight daily/weekly/quarterly performance to the Customer Experience team using data from various sources
- Collaborate with senior executives to support their decisions with data-driven approach
- Support product team with data on requests and features performance
Requirements:
- Higher education/Business degree
- 5+ years’ managerial experience in technology companies
- Experience in managing large teams, including managing managers
- Hires and retains A Players. Coaches people to improve performance and prepares them for further roles
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge Python (pandas, numpy, list comprehension, lambda)
- Experience in Marketplace management in ride-hailing platforms will be advantage
