Сервис такси Gett ищет Начальника отдела бизнес-аналитики.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effective team management, building relationships, finding optimization opportunities with increasing workload
  • Work with the product team and other departments to improve the quality of service
  • Look for ways to make good use of bones and resources
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses and research to initiate quick wins and long-term solutions
  • Department's budget planning and control of expenses, developing and maintaining of financial models for meeting business KPIs and financial targets
  • Build the automated analytical and visualization tools
  • Analyze and highlight daily/weekly/quarterly performance to the Customer Experience team using data from various sources
  • Collaborate with senior executives to support their decisions with data-driven approach
  • Support product team with data on requests and features performance

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education/Business degree
  • 5+ years’ managerial experience in technology companies
  • Experience in managing large teams, including managing managers
  • Hires and retains A Players. Coaches people to improve performance and prepares them for further roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge Python (pandas, numpy, list comprehension, lambda)
  • Experience in Marketplace management in ride-hailing platforms will be advantage
