GE Healthcare is looking for a Modality Leader (Women’s Health & X-Ray).
Modality Sales Manager will be responsible for a limited geographic region or a limited industry or product segment, and managing teams of technical specialists and advanced application specialists. Also, the position is responsible for attaining sales objectives for their geography, managing the direct sales of the organization’s product or services in RCIS region for Women's Health & X-ray.
Job Description:
- Delivering LCT modality OP
- Managing key process actions and order quality to optimize sales execution and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Delivering order estimates and leading target setting specific to modality per the LCT reporting cycle
- Supporting team to ensure consistency in the distribution of modality orders across the LCT reporting cycle
- Ensuring optimal pricing of modality products to meet or surpass LCT modality orders CM% OP
- Fostering orders and market share growth of modality products in assigned LCT(s)
- Estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedules, ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to a customer expectations and is enhancing the customer satisfaction
- Identifying and creating new opportunities and continuously increasing prospect funnel
- Communicating effectively with LCT team to maximize all sales potential
- Driving expansion of a modality within all relevant sectors and looking for a new areas and care areas to position product
- Understanding customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
- Acting as a reference point to the LCT teams regarding differentiation of their products
- Presenting and discussing the technology and clinical benefits in terms, which are relevant to customers
- Creating viable product configurations, which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GE
- Maintaining up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product
- Supporting development of LCT target price with all relevant products and industry inputs
- Managing GE modality KOLs relationship and satisfaction and maintaining a KOL network
- Representing the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and the company
- Driving LCT MSS & AAs product expertise in collaboration with regional modality marketing team
- Supporting assessment of LCT MSS and AAs product training needs and ensuring they get trained
- Supporting driving Zone or LCT modality specialists & Adv. App. sales effectiveness
- Coaching and training high performance specialists team
