Key Responsibilities:
Mobile category marketing communication lead:
- Marketing strategy development, ensuring communication efficiency.
- Marketing KPIs alignment with all stakeholders; ensuring achievement & improvement of key KPIs: - communication/campaigns (Awareness/Consideration/Purchase Intent) - brand image & saliency ('Proud to Own', 'Premium', 'Willing to pay more', 'High Quality', 'Innovative' - contribution to sell-out & market share increase.
- Media strategy development together with agency; media planning process supervision (execution control & on-going optimization).
- Marketing ROI evaluation; campaigns results analysis & reporting.
- Marketing analytics (consumer, competitive situation, market & industry trends) & insights reporting.
- Control of marcom expenses.
- Communication with HQ and other teams on mobile marketing issues.
- Team management, motivation & development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position; ability to demonstrate expertise in the field.
- [Highly desirable] - Experience with durable (e.g. consumer electronics, cars) goods markets - Experience with International Company / Brand.
- Experience in media planning - ATL National (wide) 360 integrated campaigns incl. offline & online media. Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, especially performance marketing tools.
- Expertise in complex marketing budgets planning, consolidation, execution & reporting. Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Yearly campaigns planning & activity calendar management; harmonization or brand / promo communication.
- Presentation & reporting of business plans/ strategy & results to executive level.
- English - Upper-intermediate at least.
- Expertise in team management, motivation & development.
- Data management & analytics skills; attention to details & accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams cross-functionally / relationship-building.
- Energetic personality; self-motivation & positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and keep focus under high workload & multiple projects/tasks.
- Performance management skills ability to deliver results.
