Российское подразделение AliExpress ищет сразу несколько классных специалистов — нужны CRM and Loyalty Program Manager, Direct Marketing Manager, Affiliate Marketing Manager, Online Affiliate and Offline Partners Development Manager, Brands Development Lead.

 

1. CRM and Loyalty Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

Planning and launching promotional campaigns in AliExpress loyalty framework
Management and optimization of customer communications, creation of communication triggers
Analytics: database segmentation, development and management of communication flow by customer segments
Buyers’ database: attraction new customers to the program (including the implementation of technical integrations with internal and external IT systems).
Tests and integrations with partners and in-house products
Development of the gamification direction (coins and games with coins)

Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience in CRM/Retention/Loyalty function
Excellent knowledge of digital and product metrics
English — upper-intermediate

 

2. Direct Marketing Manager.

You will have to:

Perform KPI on buyer number from month to month;
Plan, prepare, send and analyze push/EDM/SMS;
Build communication chains within app;
Set up personal benefits and discounts;
Develop and grow referral mechanics;
Think of new ways to improve buyer base.

Requirements:

Work experience in online (better, mobile) project from 2-3 years;
Familiar with communication channels: letters, pushes, product notifications, SMS, remarketing;
Analytics systems: Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc;
Fluent English.

Will be a plus:

SQL;
Experience in CRM/CDP systems;
Experience in implementing user growth mechanics;
Technical or marketing higher education;
Chinese.

 

3. Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Act as the affiliate expert for operating different kinds of affiliate channels especially owners of social groups including VK, telegram and O2O partners;
Be responsible for making operation strategies according to the specifics of different kinds of affiliate channels , and be able to lead the operation projects & cross- functional execution of partnership programs;
Be experienced in communicating with affiliates and RU local digital partners, be aware of the requirements from different channels and be ready to try all the methods to fulfill the internal KPI;
Be sensitive to the new trend of the local affiliate market and be experienced in comprehensive management of local channels.

Requirements:

Ability to operate the affiliate channels of social groups and O2O partners;
Being knowledgeable about the operation practices and the latest new areas of affiliate especially in the field of social groups including VK, Telegram,Instagram and others;
Experience partnering with external affiliates and internal operation team to develop RU local affiliate eco-system;
Extraordinary communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization;
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects;
Language competence: English is required, and Chinese will be preferred.

 

4. Online Affiliate and Offline Partners Development Manager.

You will have to:
Developing relationships with new (80%) and existing (20%) affiliate and offline program partners
Performing quarterly KPI (growth of new partners // UV and GMV growth from CPS partners)
Support of partners at the launch stage and subsequent development of relations
Preparation of KPIs, Presentations, and Analytics on the work done
Support for partners
Development and implementation of strategy for reaching new target groups of partners

Work with the product team to optimize the funnel and improve the unit economy;

Proactively seek new business opportunities with strong focus on profitability and business impact

Profile:

More than 5-years of experience of leading integrated marketing projects with Top brands (preferably within well-known Ad/marketing agency)
Sales-driven and resilient personality
Strong project management and influential skill
Experience in E-Commerce industry is a plus.
