BMW Group Russia is looking for a creative, passion and proactive person with strong digital, marketing skills and desire to develop automotive MINI brand and to join team as a MINI Marketing Manager.
Main responsibilities:
∙ Developing and implementing MINI marketing and brand strategy in Russia, including marketing plans and budgets;
∙ Developing and executing MINI digital, media and social media strategy in Russia;
∙ Managing the product launch campaigns, local brand impulses and tactical marketing programs;
∙ Steering and approving all MINI related brand communication activities;
∙ Making, steering and monitor the strategic cooperation of MINI brand with local partners, agencies and social media influencers in line with HQs guidelines;
∙ Working with vendors and marketing agencies on briefing, creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
Required skills and experience:
∙ Higher education;
∙ 5 years of the relevant work experience as a Brand manager or Digital marketing manager in the automotive or premium goods industry;
∙ High level of brand and communication expertise in combination with the strong digital and media skills;
∙ Passion for cars and willingness to be engaged in product, PR and e-commerce topics;
∙ Work experience in the marketing agencies is desirable;
∙ Fluent English.
