Company is a leading, mid-tier, precious metals producer with a large scale mine operations to secure several key technical roles, during a period of unprecedented growth and strategic direction.
This role will require you to relocate to the large city in Central Asia. It comes with a very competetive expat package and conditions.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide overall management of structural departments, namely Mine Operations, Mill, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Environmental, Administration and Transportation Departments
- Define the mine development strategy, short- and long-term goals, objectives, and priorities for the entire production cycle, by developing methods and ways to effectively achieve the set goals and objectives
Minimum requirements:
- Russian language knowledge at least on the good/very good level (mandatory, please respect this requirement)
- Higher technical education and at least 15 years of experience in mining, mine engineering or other technical fields, including at least 10 years in a managerial or senior engineering position, including international companies
- Theoretical and applied knowledge necessary for the integrated management of all areas of the company, including mining, maintenance, metallurgy, exploration, finance, and occupational health and safety
- Knowledge in the field of mining economics, organization of production and management principles
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate or Advanced level
