SCHNEIDER GROUP is looking for a Middle Project Manager (strategy execution and change management).
Responsibilities:
Program portfolio management (alignment of programs with key strategic initiatives, planning and management of program portfolio scope)
Operational project management (planning, project documentation, reporting, controlling of milestones and deadlines and timely escalation of risks and issues)
Monitoring compliance of projects with company strategy and project management methodology
Project management methodology development and implementation, including trainings for project managers in various business lines
PMO role in external client projects
Stakeholder communication on the projects’ status, including top management meetings
Organization and support of various committees (e.g., Executive Committee, Project Committee)
Lead role in project implementation and change management
Management of project proposals
Requirements and qualification:
3+ years of work experience in a project management office or in a strategic business development department; experience in strategic consulting as advantage
Experienced in communication with different types of stakeholders, also top management teams
Change management knowledge & experience
Strong project management expertise (ability to independently lead and support projects)
Experienced user of MS Office (particularly, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel)
A strong balance of strategic thinking and operational management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Assertive, initiative and mentality of innovation
Capability to operate in a multitask environment
MUST Fluent/Upper-intermediate English (German optionally)
Experience with corporate IT systems, Project Management systems
