Practicum is an online coding bootcamp aimed at sparking career change. Mission is to give anyone, regardless of their background, a chance to master an in-demand and rewarding profession in tech. What will you do as a recruiter?
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through closing
- Work both with mass vacancies like (tutors, code reviewers, community managers) and with the vacancies to the core team
- Work closely with hiring managers at all levels to build strategies and establish a pipeline. Take on a consultant role with regards to hiring manager relationships; provide solutions, advice, and expertise
- Master outbound sourcing, find the best candidates for Practicum and engage them in process
What company is looking for?
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using sourcing technologies such as professional social networks and creating Boolean search strings
- Experience owning the offer process and delivering effective close
- Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly during ever-changing circumstances
- Flexibility and openness to evolution
Nice to have:
- Extensive experience in vacancy pitching
- Experience mentoring new hiring managers
