TikTok is seeking an organized METAP Communications Coordinator to join the team in Dubai to support our communications programs and the wider communications team across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Pakistan (METAP), and Russia.
The role of communications coordinator will be instrumental in helping to develop and maintain regional processes, infrastructure and resources, as well as enable better collaboration between cross-functional partners, including regional and global communications teams.

Responsibilities:
Support the METAP and Russia team with day-to-day administrative processes; this includes scheduling calls, managing agendas and the team operating system, consolidating content and action items, developing and updating reports/calendars etc., budget and vendor/agency payment support, and coordinating for team-wide communications
Support the members of the regional team in developing infrastructure and resources that can be leveraged across the region, and manage/maintain these resources in an ongoing way
Collaborate closely with market communications leads as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to develop central resources to support communications work underway across the region
Support with the collaboration between global and regional communications teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and timely input into campaign planning and delivery
Qualifications:
3-6+ years experience as a project or administrative coordinator, ideally within a multinational company and with a background in technology
Native-level English skills. Arabic fluency preferred, and additional languages a strong plus (Turkish, Urdu, Russian)
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, with strong verbal and written communications skills
Action-oriented, task-driven, and a proven ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, across a number of markets and timezones.
Background in PR/communications is not mandatory, but an interest and passion to grow in the industry is!
