L’Oréal is looking for a Merchandising Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the counter's project from start to finish: co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include architects, marketing, contractor, service agency, accounting (DED / code creation, work with production and service agencies, inventory number assignment, organization of furniture installation, invoice payment)
Formation and control of Fixed Assets (registration of FA (AUC), inventory number appending in POS-IT and on furniture, FA removing (in case of furniture destruction)
Recycle of dismantled furniture where possible
Elaboration and release of merchandising projects dossiers
Perform a key role in the process in project planning, budgeting, identification of resources needed (production, installation, furniture displacement, work with contractors and service agencies)
Furniture maintenance
Furniture database administration
Ensure OPEX budget follow-up
Implement the project of counter's photoshooting
Order POS material from international merchandising (for country)
Manage the document workflow
Requirements:
