AliExpress Russia, a leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking an experienced Ads Placements Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of ad placements across our platforms. You will have a key focus on improving ad performance, revenue, and user experience. - Develop and optimize ad placement strategies to maximize revenue, ad performance, and user experience across the AliExpress Russia marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and sales, to implement new ad placements and features.
- Analyze ad performance data and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, viewability, and revenue.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of ad placement changes and optimizations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new ad placement opportunities in the e-commerce space.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand advertiser needs and ensure ad placements align with their objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in ads placements or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, online advertising, and ad placement best practices.
- High math and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Experience working with ad-serving platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, Yandex Ads, or relevant.
- Knowledge of ad performance metrics, programmatic advertising, and real-time bidding.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
