Role:
- The Procurement Manager essentially acts as the bridge between the company and the supply
chain, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall business efficiency and success. - You will be handling the supply of finishing materials for the company's projects, effective
interaction with suppliers and contractors as well as the control over the compliance of
construction materials quality and also the optimization of procurement prices through better
terms with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of finishing materials for the company's projects
- Interaction with suppliers
- Control over compliance with production plans, delivery deadlines, and procurement budget
- Search for new suppliers
- Maintenance of accompanying documentation
- Optimization of costs and procurement timelines
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1) and Russian. Additional languages are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is required
- Experience in procurement of finishing materials for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of the technical characteristics of finishing materials and understanding of construction processes
- Negotiation skills
- Documentation management skills
- Responsibility, attentiveness, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai construction materials market
- Existing supplier database
- Quality and materials control
- Experience handling complex negotiations and securing large contracts
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large data volumes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Conditions:
