Key Responsibilities:
- Active contributor to Product delivery teams providing technical expertise and largely responsible to support Product Managers and Product Owners to plan and execute Product releases (corporate websites)
- Interact with global teams to ensure timely information solution delivery / support
- Coordinate and lead development of global integrations
- Vendor management
- Communications management
- Ensure compliance of information solutions to local and global regulations and company strategy and standards
- Facilitate and lead business requirement collection and analysis
- Translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions (specifications), actively contribute to the technical documentation creation and validation (functional, technical and architecture specifications, test cases, etc.)
- Define, monitor, measure and meet Appropriate Service Level Agreements [SLA] and Operational Level Agreements [OLAs]
- Gain and accumulate system expertise
- Continuously analyze and improve service (analyze requests, get feedback from business teams, identify and solve problems, manage the suppliers)
Requirements:
- Education: Higher technical education, specialized education in IT/Digital
- Experience: 5+ years of solid working experience in a multinational Pharma, FMCG or IT company in business/system analysis, system implementation or IT/Digital project management
- Good understanding of Digital Web technology stack (1С: Bitrix, Magnolia CMS, AWS static pages)
- Participation in complex projects on 1С: Bitrix
- Participation in large scale complex projects in the role of project manager (multiple system integrations, business intelligence)
- CRM / Sales force automation implementation experience is an advantage
- Experience in working in agile methodology
- Experience in working with business and system requirements (business process and system analysis)
- Experience in working with senior management project stakeholders
- Experience of direct / indirect people management
- Experience of vendor management
- Knowledge: Best knowledge of 1С: Bitrix, LAMP-stack and Sitecore XP
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence, AWS stack for Data and Web, Power BI, CRM systems (VEEVA, MI), AI/ML and NLP applied technologies, other industry-specific applications
- Solid knowledge in system integration area
- Solid knowledge of information system design principles
- Solid knowledge of Project/Product Management components, associated tools and methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall)
- Solid knowledge of IT services management approaches
- Level of proficiency in a foreign language: Upper-intermediate
