Red Bull ищет Менеджера по культуре.

 

Culture Manager has the overall strategic & operative responsibility for the dance and street art program in the country. Culture Manager aims to establish a long lasting and state of the art music and street art program and has the knowledge of the culture playground in general. Supports the marketing crew with culture activities to reach overall country goals. Translates international examples into “national language” and figures out Red Bull fitting activities. He/she is well connected into the culture scene in Russia. Sets up a strong and efficient network in the national culture scene and is always ahead of time with new developments.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic responsibility for the national culture program in Russia:

  • Defines national targets & strategies, aligned with the overall marketing priorities/objectives and global guidelines
  • Create long-term plan (3-5 years) for culture development

Red Bull culture:

  • Select & invent new national culture activities based on overall marketing priorities and in cooperation with entire marketing team
  • Setting up initial collaborations with other relevant stakeholders
  • Selecting outside partners and service suppliers
  • Ensuring professional execution and top-quality level for all culture activities
  • Import and adapt international event activities and best practices (programs, projects, tools, etc.) into the country in close conjunction with the entire Russian marketing team

Supported events:

  • Build relationship with culture community (clubs, event organizers, culture community centers etc.)
  • Prepare a calendar of supported culture events in together with regional marketing teams
  • Find unique ways to support key culture events and find long term relationships with event organizers
  • Provide help and feedback to the regional marketing colleague regarding culture scene (music and street art) development

BP / budget:

  • Develop and execute Business Plans in music and street art theme within overall marketing strategy in Russia
  • Secure smart and efficient investments: National versus International activities (optimize current & future sport marketing spending)

 

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Experience in organizing and managing culture activities, min 4 years
  • Passionate about street art, music, dance and events in general
  • Open, social, strong networker, communicative
  • Has strong individuality, but is a team player
  • Self-confident, easy-going, highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, full of life, active
  • University degree
  • Russian - native
  • English - fluent
  • Travel 10%
