Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the esports manager to plan and execute all aspects of a major mobile battle royale’s esports tournaments (online and offline) in the CIS region
- Ensure the smooth end-to-end execution of all esports events, upholding the quality and integrity of such events. This includes but is not limited to: rulebook drafting, agency selection, contracts/payments, and player management; local tournaments, international tournaments, pro-level tournaments, and casual tournaments
- Work closely with key stakeholders of the local esports ecosystem, including but not limited to: internal stakeholders - management of the regional esports team, product team, community team, marketing team; external stakeholders - agencies, tournament organizers, esports pro organizations, pro players
- Track, analyze, report, and improve key performance indicators such as viewership and participation numbers
- Track, analyze, and report competitor movements
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Business proficiency in Russian and English
- Able to work late-night shifts and weekends to prepare and execute projects and tournaments
- Well rounded, adaptable, and fast learner
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment
- High energy, positive "can do" attitude, and results-driven
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with FPS or battle royales is a plus
- Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus
- Relevant experience in esports and/or event management is a plus
- Experience managing a team is a plus
Terms:
- Official labour agreement with 28 calendar days paid leave
