Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the PRRP Insights agenda: collate and prioritise insight needs and requests, translate business needs into robust insight requirements, lead the execution of insight projects, deliver insight outputs and recommendations
- Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research projects in all stages of the process
- Provide continuous thinking partnership, ad-hoc research & insights expertise to internal clients (brand groups, trade and product teams)
- Drive methodological experimentation where appropriate to meet evolving business needs to deliver consumer insight
- Manage the overall relationship with strategic agency partners
- Lead, support, and develop Insights Executive team members and trainees
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably Marketing / Sociology)
- 5+ years in Research / Insights within either FMCG industry, or/and Research Agency
- In-depth understanding and strong experience in standard & innovative consumer research methodologies and tools, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to translate research results and data into actionable insights and opportunities
- Curious, creative, courageous and can identify and communicate breakthrough consumer insights
- Structured and organized working style with attention to quality, detail and accuracy
- High level of resilience and ability to cope with fast paced timelines
- Strong leadership, 2+ years of people management
- Effective communication, influence and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools (SPSS, etc.)
