Company is currently looking for a Resort Manager to GM with Rooms experience for a 100+ rooms beautiful resort in the Maldives.
Responsibilities:
- The Resort Manager will oversee the effectiveness of guest service, team performance and development, and service enhancements of this luxury resort
- You will report to and work with the General Manager in overseeing the operations of the resort
Requirements:
- Successful candidate will have a solid track record in Rooms division. Maldives or similar remote resort island experience is preferred, as it is important for the candidate to understand the complexities of logistical and living in these locations
- Company prefers 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment at a senior Rooms Division leadership level. Must be self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize and make effective decisions
- Computer literacy a must. University/College degree in a related discipline is required
Conditions:
- Annual salary up to US$78,000 plus 10% Service charge and expat benefits
