Key responsibilities:
Co-creates the Long-range plan and BP from Shopper perspective and gives the Shopper vision based on Shopper insights and local channel understanding
Maps and Identifies Stills portfolio opportunities and calculates Size of the prize
Contributes to the identification of long term country big bets and designs annual Marketing activity calendar (inclusive of innovations) to coordinate execution of the big bets
Plans and owns Sparkling Portfolio Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) for holistic execution of the annual Marketing activity calendar
Partners and coordinates with Channel and Regional marketing execution managers to explore channel / region specific needs, and plans and aligns addressing these thru relevant marketing programs and integrating those in the annual Marketing activity calendar and DME master plan for the country
Partners with System partners to adapt global Sparkling portfolio plans to the local market and actively search for system best practices and ideas from other industries for re-applying
Manages Shopper Idea creation process to enable Marketing programs execution with system partners and independently, and by having customers at the center of validating potential
Manages Marketing programs business cases with keeping Return of investment, leadership growth potential and customer centricity central
Develops and owns the CPS (Critical Path System) for all respective Marketing programs (excl. new launches and other commercialization activity) together with system partners
Plans and aligns with system partner holistic 360 marketing support for all Marketing programs excluding communication and activation of new launches
Manages development of Raw Materials artworks (labels, closures, PET, cans etc.) with System partners and continually updates technical declarations to address quality and legal requirements
Localizes Shopper toolkits timely and with high quality for addressing local shopper and consumer
Provides channel guidelines for OBPPC zoning architecture
Provides guidelines for channel cross-merchandising opportunities of Sparkling portfolio based of relevant business sourcing insights
Designs best in class and innovative E3 solutions for key value drivers and partners with Channel marketing for executing those
Explores and sets up innovative Shopper promo mechanics
Runs system set up with BSS and opens all internal codes of Finished Goods and requests EAN codes development for related portfolio and promo initiatives
Partners cross-functionally to design meaningful demand and production plans
Runs risk assessment and designs contingencies planning for related Marketing programs and by ensuring zero business losses
Coordinates listings with customers and de-listing process
Defines 360 LoS KBIS and responsibility for results delivery
Tracks performance of the Marketing programs and proposes on-going corrective actions if needed
Partners with Comex for crafting relevant OBPPC and its execution in the Merchandising standards (coolers, assets, PBS etc.)
Co-creates with System partners and Comex teams effective selling stories
Plans and executes full communication to wider Commercial team re Marketing programs
Partners with System stakeholders for planning winning communication strategy
Runs timely and high-quality System Project management based on Yellow / Red / Green routines and contributes respective part of the System routines like MCM, LRPs, BPs etc.
SPOC for system partners on daily level
Owns Marketing activity cross functional forums and contributes to the SO&P, Volume and Revenue meetings etc.
Identifies opportunities in existing portfolio for reducing costs and wastage
Supports Commercialization Manager for planning and execution of new launches, SKU rationalization process and harmonization of formulas
Coaches and shapes the understanding of the Marketing agenda and processes amongst Commercial team and wider organization
Continually updates and refreshes ongoing organizational Marketing processes and systems in order to run highly efficient and more agile launch process
Leads the creation of Learning and Winning Marketing organization as well as responsible for the overall Marketing employee engagement
Qualifiers:
University diploma
Fluent English
5 years’ comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations
