Adidas is looking for a motivated Business solutions manager who will manage and drive to completion delivery of projects and operation excellence related to eCommerce and Omnichannel.
Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor to the eCommerce, Logistics and Transportation teams
Evaluate, recommend and follow-up implementation of IT solutions; setup training where necessary; participate in technical requirements definition for new developments, impact assessments, risks management
Analyze current business solutions and define areas for possible improvements and automation
Help business in organization of processes to capitalize and improve knowledge of Information Systems (IS) — establish and maintain roles of key-users, BPO, SPOC; manage knowledge transfer.
Act as IS architecture (in the area of responsibility) to compliance with corporate solutions
Ensure that business requirements are clearly articulated and documented (JIRA, Confluence)
Ensure quality of user support for IS solutions with Global and Local Helpdesk
Plan, Create and execute smaller to medium scale projects
Ensure project delivery to the agreed acceptance criteria and manage project issues
Manage communication plans, risk management, budget/forecasting, etc.
Create resource and budget/forecast plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Track and report monthly budget variances, track progress toward key milestones and report on status/progress, challenges to the management team
Review deliverables prepared by project team members
Plan, facilitate, and document workshops as required to ensure project delivery to the right standard
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, coordinating activities across internal, external and business teams
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Partner with multiple stakeholders across multiple teams and/or markets to create a solid and productive working relationship related to various eCom/Omnichannel solutions or improvements
Communicate & collaborate with global IT teams, external vendors and partners engaged in the projects or initiatives
Obligatory:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project management
Proven project management knowledge and experience working across multiple range of project throughout the full project lifecycle
Experience as business analyst in eCommerce or fulfillment projects
Experience of working in waterfall and Agile execution models
Excellent understanding of Retail, eCommerce front-end/back-end and/or consumer goods industry
Experience of working in a global enterprise environment
Optional:
Experience of working with SAP software solutions
Project management qualifications: PRINCE 2, MSP, APM, ISEB or equivalent
Scrum Master qualifications.
