Job description:
— Managing and running local pilot plant for development of food ingredient solutions in the meat segment
— Identify areas of improvement of current product portfolio and adjustment to customers’ needs and market conditions (e.g. quality of raw material, cost etc.)
— Preparation of prototypes for customer presentations in alignment with sales department
— New product development (in cooperation with R&D lab in Germany)
— Identify market trends in Russia and creation of new application ideas with existing products
— Follow certification and registration procedures of headquarter
— Arrange in-house evaluations with sales department
— Cooperation with central R&D in Germany and procurement in Amsterdam to review and evaluate new ingredients
Qualifications:
— Technologist for meat processing (Meat, Poultry and Seafood)
— Experience in industrial production of meat products and/ or experience in development of ingredient systems for the production of meat applications (> 5 years)
— Knowledge in creation of recipes and process description
— Knowledge of Russian food law & Regulation
— Strong capabilities in documentation, organization and time management.
