Novartis is searching for a Medical Projects Lead.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
Support country medical affairs strategy in line with the global strategy;
Maintenance and control of working documentation (budgets, programs, etc.);
Leading team of Medical projects specialists;
Leading and initiating medical projects for Novartis Oncology in Russia;
Participation in cross-functional and global projects.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
Have university degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine (MD, Ph.D is a plus);
3-5 years in role Medical Manager/ Project Manager in medical department / TA Head;
Management experience;
Project Management skills;
English level — fluent.
