Аn online game developer and publisher Wargaming is seeking a driven Media Lead.
In this role you will be in charge of our acquisition marketing globally, supported by the team of channels and regional experts. The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner and a team leader, with a track record of impacting business commercial success through digital marketing.
What will you do?
Build, plan and implement global digital media strategy for WoT, with focus on new user acquisition and efficiency
Collaborate with global and regional marketing leads in order to define strategic objectives, marketing budgets, and success metrics for their campaigns or geo
Propose most efficient media budget distribution and ongoing optimization approach
Minimize cost per user acquisition and winback, while keeping high quality of the traffic in terms of conversions, retention and revenue
Be responsible for managing internal Performance Marketing agency in terms of their KPI’s delivery and quality of the service provided
Report to internal stakeholders on campaigns and channels performance, providing actionable insights for the future
Establish meaningful testing pipeline
Develop our attribution and MarTech capabilities, in cooperation with Analytics department
What are they looking for?
5+ years’ experience in a similar role
5+ years of managerial experience
Deep understanding of digital landscape, trends and technologies
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners in developing and implementing the strategy to achieve common business goals
Project and people management skills with a good consideration for timings and managing risks in a dynamic environment
Ability to work unsupervised when needed, with high level of self-motivation
Team player willing to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up
Pro-active in pursuing new opportunities, technologies and best practices
Fluency in English and Russian.
