Tasks
Collaborate with marketing director for budgeting, media strategy brainstorming and correction during the year è you will be the owner of ATL budget and define allocation by categories according to priorities agreed with top management
Create out of the box media strategy for our disruptive innovations, with 360 plans including strong TV, awareness and performance digital
Sustain multi brands challenge with dedicated media approach (very different maturity stage, target audience and brand ambition)
Be responsible for implementation of media plans: ATL + Digital activities, with everyday collaborations with agencies to make them strive for excellence
Permanently coordinate with ecom to ensure smooth & seamless communication through the funnel, especially on performance form retailers vs performance form brands
Collaborate with ecom & retailers to reinforce their media efficiency
Working with analytics tools and econometric to prioritize media channels (social surveys, Google Analytics, reviews etc.) è extremely data driven & ROI approach
Designing and developing of influence marketing with bloggers and social networks
Managing the team (4 persons) and coach them to permanently grow their added value
Coach and accompany CIS teams for their media strategy and digital transformation
Be a key contributor of digital transformation and excellence
Ensure coordination with headquarter on global tools & reporting + international initiatives, protecting strong local specifics & adaptation
Requirements
Higher education;
At least 5 years of media buying experience, with must have expertise in digital
Deep understanding of digital tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, web-form and interface CMS
English — Advanced
Excellent management skills, be initiative, fast and proactive.
