WHAT TO EXPECT ON THIS POSITION?
- manages the company of 20 employees with a growth potential to 40 employees by the end of 2020
- is responsible for ensuring the adequate financial and human resources needed to achieve the strategic goals and goals of the company
- is responsible for achieving economic targets and creating the required profit
- is responsible for company development in sales, production, technical development and human resources
- analyses and defines new business and sales opportunities internationally
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Condition of University degree, education of technical direction advantage
- At least 5 years in management position in an engineering manufacturing company
- Practice in the production and maintenance of rail vehicles and their components is an advantage
- Experience with project management is a condition
- Experience in extablishing and developing business relations is a condition
- Loyalty to the company
- Formal and informal business negotiation with Russian customers, ability to adapt according to cultural customs
- Excellent spoken and written English and Russian, a knowledge of a different foreign language highly appreciated
- Computer literate (MS Office — MS Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Knowledge and practice in railway vahicle industry
