Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the similar role
- Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key marketplaces (Ozon, Lamoda, Yandex.Market, Wildberries, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Knowledge of 1C: Trade Management
- Advanced or Fluent level of English
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and direct domestic e-tailers, including development and implementation of account strategies, coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies
- Build and develop relationships with e-tailers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand business
- Effectively manage account P&L
- Create and maintain stock level tracking & sales reporting relating to domestic e-tail field
- Responding to key clients’ needs as well as claims or complains
- Drive sell-out in collaboration with marketing team through trade marketing promotions and activities, comply with visual merchandising standards, and enhance online customer experience
- Act toward increase country sales performance as well as improving profitability and e-tail performance
- Creating post-performance reports to show the key insights and learning
