Responsibilities
- Responsible for Marketing strategy development and implementation for the assigned Respiratory products portfolio
- Team development and management
- Initiating and managing new marketing initiatives and tactical activities
- KOLs development
- Cross-functional collaboration and projects management
- Development of retail and tender market
Requirements
- University degree, business/marketing education will be an advantage
- From 5 years of successful marketing experience with leading foreign pharmaceutical companies as group product manager or marketing team lead
- Proven track record of growing/ launching brands in retail and tender segments
- Expertise in Respiratory area will be an advantage
- Experienced team leader
- Proved people management and development experience
- Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
- Ready for fast and precise execution
- Open minded, creative approach
- Fluent English
