NFT-marketplace is looking for a Marketing Team Lead.
Company is looking for a Marketing Team Lead to join growing marketplace for digital art (NFT). The platform uses the power of blockchain to change the way art is made and collected. The company was founded 4 years ago in the USA, well-funded, and it is growing.
The team has extensive experience in the NFT/DEFI field and in the art world, having worked with organizations such as Christie's, Sotheby's, MoMA, Venice Biennale.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a marketing promotion plan
- Packaging of a product offering for the TA
- Content preparation and effective seeding (presentations, website content, articles, SMM)
- Increase of traffic (paid and free channels)
- Searching for new promotion channels
- Systematic planning of plan/fact in metrics
- Community building in Discord and on Twitter
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the promotion of crypto / IT products on the international market with the use of various digital channels (Europe, America, Asia)
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in digital projects (B2C and B2C)
- Experience in budget and reporting execution and management
- Experience in independent writing of marketing content for the international market
- Strong experience in content marketing
- Strong experience in social media and community building: Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Medium
- Experience in Landing Pages and websites production
- Willingness to do certain tasks “manually”
- Digital mindset (ability to evaluate performance in terms of marketing and business indicators)
- Strong experience in analytics systems, experience in setting up google analytics and other analytical systems
- Strong experience in paid traffic channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google ads, YouTube ads, Media ads
- Understanding the workflow of the PR department
- Previous professional experience in NFT projects
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Native or Fluent English Speaker
