Responsibilities
Responsible for Marketing strategy development and implementation for the assigned Cardio products portfolio
Launch of new product and new SKU launches
Team development and management
Initiating and managing new marketing initiatives and tactical activities
KOLs development
Cross-functional collaboration and projects management
Development of retail and tender market
Leading strategic initiatives and developing pipe-line for respiratory products
Requirements
University degree, business/marketing education will be an advantage
From 5 years of successful marketing experience with leading foreign pharmaceutical companies as group product manager or marketing team lead
Proven track record of growing/ launching brands in retail segments
Expertise in retail area required
Experienced team leader
Proved people management and development experience
Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
Ready for fast and precise execution
Open minded, creative approach
Fluent English.
