В Philip Morris International требуется Marketing Projects Leader (Digital).

 

Responsibilities:

  • To participate in developing marketing strategy for brand development & lead development of support activities
  • To analyze LAS behavior, competitors, market performance & trends (incl.FFWD) defining strengths and opportunities for the brand
  • To support brand group in developing product and packaging including agencies briefing, coordination with Production, getting all necessary approvals
  • Develop and execute independently omni-channel communication toolboxes (Visibility, Distributors content)
  • To develop activation tools in Digital channels (WEB, CRM, Scan pack)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (digital, finance), channels and areas
  • To lead budget management allocated for the brand support with minimal deviations vs targets
  • Manage creative agencies by providing briefs for new product launches and portfolio upgrades across different channels

 

Requirements:

  • Brand management/ Marketing / CE experience (incl. marketing deployment in fields) 1-3 year
  • Experience in developing activation tools for Digital channels (WEB, CRM, Scan pack)
  • Experience in managing 3rd parties
  • Skills of preparing presentations (PPT - fluent)
  • Experience in working with Nielsen & Power BI, knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, project Management Skills
  • Creative innovative mind and entrepreneurial spirit, learning-on-the fly
  • Ability to take the responsibility, to perform with a high level of ownership and autonomy and manage multitasking
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Languages: English – fluent
