About the role:
Right now, the company is looking for a specialist who will help to increase the marketing metrics as well as brand awareness in the Asian market. This role demands someone who can blend data-driven approach with a strong ability to create actionable hypotheses, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively drive change - all at a breakneck pace.
What you will do:
- Perform analysis of current funnels and identify factors to improve acquisition & retention performance with the aim of revenue growth
- Lead the launch of new products, ensuring successful rollout of marketing projects to target audience
- Partner with the UA team regarding defining up campaign goals and KPIs, customer’s journey and timelines
- Test hypotheses and analyze A/B tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
- Assign tasks to CRM team regarding setting up new and maintaining existing trigger e-mails
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (SMM, Design and Sales)
- Support the launch of sophisticated experiments; uncover opportunities and surface new ideas that may lead to breakthroughs in growth
Expectation from you:
- Eagerness to lead specific region (the Philippines or Indonesia)
- Proven working experience in conducting content marketing activities: webinars, auto-webinars, marathons, open days and other formats
- Analytical attitude and business thinking
- Proven cases in raising Conversion Rate (C1 and C0)
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
