Mars is searching for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be the key resource to implement growth strategies related to customer acquisition, retention, and cross-promotion of services for AniCura. AniCura is one of Europe’s leading providers of high-quality veterinary care for companion animals.
You will:
Support clinics in Russia to reach organic growth targets by ensuring customer acquisition and retention.
Hold responsibility for the AniCura.ru website management and performance including content development and migrations of clinic sites to central AniCura site with the objective of the AniCura site being the best performing veterinary site in Russia.
With support from group brand function, adjust and produce marketing materials for web, social media and in-clinic promotion suitable for the Russian market, work closely with agencies.
Monitor analytics in terms of web traffic, social media engagement, conversion to clinic visits and ROI for marketing spend.
Structure administration and rebranding processes for new clinics in market including signage, work wear and merchandise. Over time ensure that physical appearance of clinics (internal and external) is in line with AniCura brand and design guidelines.
Organize and distribute welcome correspondence to new clinics joining the AniCura group.
Lead the collection of customer satisfaction measurements and insights through Net Promoter Score.
Ensure compliance across all digital channels with central policy for customer privacy.
Set up brand awareness surveys and implement tracking measurements.
Perform a role of a project leader for system implementation and campaign management.
Be responsible for local photo shoots and events.
The company expects:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
At least 5 years of marketing experience in a B2C business (with understanding of customer journey processes, being able to identify improvement areas).
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Russian and English.
