Company is looking for a Marketing Manager for Russia team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. You will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Your tasks:
- Make the marketing plan and promotoin plan & responsible for execution
- Conduct ATL (PR, SoMe and digital advertising incl. including influencers) and BTL (press conferences, dealer conferences etc.)
- Co-marketing with partners or channels and manage the promoters
- Ensure all the marketing activites are compliance with Russia law
- Market research and data analyses
- Product trainning for sales manager & promoters if have
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Very good knowledge of Russian and English
- Independent working style, team and communication skills
