PepsiCo is looking for a Marketing Manager (Snacks).
Responsibilities:
- Business performance: responsible for volume, revenue, gross profit and SOM targets of Lay’s Core & Lay’s Baked
- Strategic planning: Co-leads development of long-term (IBP) and annual (AOP) strategies and growth programs. Leads development of Lay’s/Lay’s Baked investments and long term innovation strategy
- Communication/engagement: Leads development communication/engagement programs
- Innovation: Leads development of innovation pipeline to fuel the growth
- Consumer and shopper insights: Initiates Consumer and shopper Insights projects within above listed scope
- People management: Manages and develops RU Brand Managers
- Relationship management: Partners with multifunctional team in brand building and innovation projects development
- Execution: Develops and distributes toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent execution of programs and leverage cross-regional opportunities
- Performance tracking: Owns and manages KPI scorecard and proposes plans to course correct if needed

- Strong functional Marketing expertise with track record of developing & executing big scale communication/engagement and innovations programs
