PepsiCo is looking for a Marketing Manager (Snacks).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Business performance: responsible for volume, revenue, gross profit and SOM targets of Lay’s Core & Lay’s Baked
  • Strategic planning: Co-leads development of long-term (IBP) and annual (AOP) strategies and growth programs. Leads development of Lay’s/Lay’s Baked investments and long term innovation strategy
  • Communication/engagement: Leads development communication/engagement programs
  • Innovation: Leads development of innovation pipeline to fuel the growth
  • Consumer and shopper insights: Initiates Consumer and shopper Insights projects within above listed scope
  • People management: Manages and develops RU Brand Managers
  • Relationship management: Partners with multifunctional team in brand building and innovation projects development
  • Execution: Develops and distributes toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent execution of programs and leverage cross-regional opportunities
  • Performance tracking: Owns and manages KPI scorecard and proposes plans to course correct if needed

 

Requirements:

Functional:

  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable in-market results and long-term brand equity growth
  • Strong functional Marketing expertise with track record of developing & executing big scale communication/engagement and innovations programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative skills

Leadership:

  • Excellent collaboration & influencing skills that can navigate a cross-functional matrix organization
  • Ability to set the agenda, specifically: i) Balancing competing priorities ii) Identifying the best ideas to pursue iii) Motivating & inspiring others

Skills:

  • Uncovering insights that drive strategies for growth
  • Managing creative processes & development of Integrated Marketing Communications
  • New product development
  • Packaging design development
  • Agencies management
  • Digital Marketing, Digital asset management and Digital partnerships
