TikTok is looking for a Marketing Manager (Russia).

 

The Marketing Manager, Russia drives local brand and marketing strategy, leading campaign development and execution, as well as driving cross-functional projects across multiple markets. This role will work closely with research, social, community and media teams to develop country strategies that will help TikTok to grow its brand and business.

This role will require understanding of marketing techniques and principles, with a particular focus on campaign planning, project operations, and execution. The Russian Marketing Manager will work with the Regional Head of Marketing to identify key priority campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive long term growth for the business. This role will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as agencies and partners to develop campaigns and strategies to grow the TikTok brand.

 

Responsibilities

Develop & execute marketing strategies to grow TikTok's brand and product presence and relevancy in assigned markets
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive local brand marketing strategy, and lead end to end campaign development and reporting
Develop best-in-class marketing campaigns and be responsible for strategic vision, concept, execution, engagement and measurement.
Identify, build and maintain partnership opportunities across a variety of channels including entertainment, social media, brands, celebrities and other businesses to drive our brand marketing strategy and objectives.
Plan and implement integrated marketing initiatives in order to drive key brand metrics of awareness, consideration & credibility.
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to define & deliver our marketing strategy.
Utilize in-depth marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments.

 

Requirements

5+ years’ work experience in a marketing or agency environment, working closely on campaign development and media
Data and Insights driven
An interest in brand and business development
Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube.
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work fully integrated within a team, as well as independently to drive and lead projects
Ability to perform to a brief
Outstanding organisation skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple requirements and projects
Excellent written and presentation skills
Creative skills and problem solving welcomed.
