Медиа-конгломерат ViacomCBS (Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., MTV, Paramount Comedy) ищет Marketing Manager (Paramount+).
Job summary:
Marketing Manager will provide a full marketing support for Paramount+ and Paramount Play in Russia and Ukraine, as well as promotion of other online video content and new products.
Key responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of ad campaigns and promo activities according to the marketing budget and KPIs
- Negotiations with partners and studios to support premieres and library’s content
- Approval of all creative assets (banners, videos), making recommendations and edits
- Briefing, supervising and collaborating with the external agencies – media, digital and creative
- Preparation of reports and presentations with post-analysis of marketing campaigns
- Implementation of promo activities and campaigns according to the marketing plan and KPIs
- Collaboration with the global VOD team
- Maintaining control and cooperation with Accounting and Legal teams, including preparation of each projects’ documents, control over the document flow and payment terms
- Preparation of monthly competitors’ activities and promo overview
Role specific skills/attributes:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing - entertainment/or television background preferable
- Experience in Digital marketing
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Highly pro-active and communicative person
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience of managing external agencies (creative, digital, media)
- Proficient in Word, Excel with strong PowerPoint skills
- Fluent level of English knowledge (С1+)
