Lenovo is now recruiting a Marketing Leader who will be responsible of Marketing activities for Lenovo in Eastern Europe and will be part of the region leadership team and the EMEA marketing team.

 

Job description:

Lead the marketing team in Russia and CIS countries,

Develop Lenovo brand in terms of awareness, consideration and purchase intent

Manage marketing budget, prepare and execute marketing plans,

Manage communication of new products launches,

Drive Lenovo advertising (ATL) across the region, with effective media plans and impactful creatives,

Manage the agency networks — prepare briefing, plans, manage costs, execution and measurements,

Drive PR and Social programs across the region and handle media relations with the support of local PR and SoMe agencies,

Develop Digital and Social media activities aimed to reinforce our brand,

Support Sales team with effective co-marketing activities with key business partners, (Retailers / Operators),

Manage promoters, merchandisers and POS branding,

Manage events for customers and business partners,

Develop relationship with our strategic Alliances Partners at local level and develop co-marketing programs.

 

Position Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of related experience

Master Degree in marketing or business,

Highly motivated and result oriented, with a lot of drive and passion

Strong Business orientation.

Experience with consumer-oriented marketing is a must.

Ability to implement brand strategy and driving effective advertising campaigns across multiple channels / media.

 

Abilities & Skills

Drive sales with creative marketing ideas and actions in retail, online and commercial channels

Highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong leadership and business fundamentals with high degree of creative flair

Must demonstrate very strong understanding of marketing tools to develop a Brand

Strong communication, presentation & influencing (soft) skills

Experience in managing event programs, communicate and network with large audience.

Experience in creating and implementing communications and campaign strategies and have solid results to demonstrate those skills.

Proven ability to successfully deal with strategic, highly complex issues, problems, and challenges

Ability to in partnership with product, sales, business units, international teams and 3rd-party vendors

Able to collaborate across groups

Ability to analyze, net out and present results at senior level, aligned to business objectives

Excellent English.
