Viber is looking for a Marketing Lead to directly support the strategic development and tactical execution of Viber’s growth in the CIS region.
Versatility is key, the ideal candidate has proven creative marketing skills, business development orientation, and analytical aptitude in tracking marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy development and execution with focus on MAU growth in CIS region;
Marketing plan development and control. Coordination of marketing campaigns launches (in-house and with agencies with focus on users acquisition and engagement);
Cross-functional cooperation with other departments: Business Development, PR, Sales, global and local marketing teams, product marketing, product development, etc.;
Marketing research, customer insights analytics;
Participation in projects with focus on product quality improvements.
Skills and knowledge:
+5 years management experience in digital marketing (marketing director/lead position);
Experience in mobile apps promotion (users acquisition and engagement);
Knowledge of Viber competitors and main messaging apps features;
Leader qualities, ability to convince, motivate, encourage to achieve new targets;
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Ability to take responsibility;
Positive attitude to life and people;
Fluent English.
