Expectation:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve user engagement for our mobile app
- The UA Marketing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Creative and Engineering to optimize user acquisition campaigns and ensure the highest possible ROI
Required hard skills:
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms: UA Marketing Leads must be proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava to track user acquisition campaigns' performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels: UA Marketing Leads must have an in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising
- Expertise in campaign optimization: UA Marketing Leads must have the ability to optimize and manage large-scale ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure optimal results and maximum ROI
- Understanding of ASO and CRO best practices: UA Marketing Leads should have a solid understanding of app store optimization (ASO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve the app store presence and user engagement
- Familiarity with creative development: UA Marketing Leads should be familiar with developing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and lead to conversions
- Strong project management skills: UA Marketing Leads must have strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet campaign objectives
- Excellent communication skills: UA Marketing Leads must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to execute successful user acquisition campaigns
Nice to have hard skills:
- Experience with A/B testing: A UA Marketing Lead with experience in A/B testing can experiment with different creatives, targeting options, and ad formats to improve campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising: A UA Marketing Lead familiar with programmatic advertising can leverage automated ad buying and real-time bidding to target the right users at the right time, improving ad relevance and campaign effectiveness
- Knowledge of SEO: A UA Marketing Lead with knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can improve the app's visibility on search engines and increase organic installs
- Experience with data visualization tools: A UA Marketing Lead with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google
- Data Studio can create insightful dashboards to track campaign performance, communicate results to stakeholders, and identify trends and opportunities
- Understanding of international marketing: A UA Marketing Lead with experience in international marketing can manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, navigate cultural nuances, and adapt campaigns to local markets' specificities
