An IT company Allright that creates online education products for school and preschool children is looking for a Marketing Lead.
What to do:
Develop a marketing strategy
Develop media plans and structure TV deals
Form and control the budget
Ensure achievement of key KPIs: ROI, revenue and audience growth
Implement advertising campaigns on TV, offline and on the Internet
Excellent knowledge of digital and performance
Drive organic audience growth with SEO tools
Supervise and develop mark-tech: RTB, DMP, etc.
Evaluate the effectiveness of offline media
Use econometric modeling for estimation and planning
Manage the editorial board of internal media
Design, coordinate and launch creative campaigns
Manage brand health metrics
What we expect from you:
Work experience in a similar position 2-4 years
Successful experience in implementing advertising campaigns
Effective experience of launching and maintaining digital products
Experience in analyzing markets, Internet channels, all stages of the marketing chain from the first click to the deal.
A big plus would be:
Experience in baby products (ages 4-12)
Experience in Edtech
Experience with mobile applications
