POSITION SUMMARY:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an active part of the CIS Marketing team. The team is dedicated to creating positive company image among current and potential clients, recruits, employees and alumni. An individual in this role will focus on achieving company’s targets in Marketing, delivering against BCG’s priorities in these areas. The successful candidate will be driving his/her projects within the scope of marketing plan independently and as part of the team. Reporting to: Head of Marketing
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting as a business partner for the Leadership of BCG Moscow on planning, organization and execution of different PA-specific marketing plans, including media relations, client events, conferences participation, etc.
Development of media relations and other marketing activities potentially also Uzbekistan in the future
Participation in BCG Review issuance on case by case basis
Managing younger colleagues on administrative and organizational tasks (client mailings, maintanence of client database, web site updates etc.)
Support of all-office initiatives as needed (CEO Forum and alike)
Reporting
Assistance with other marketing tasks as needed in accordance with the given position
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:
Higher education
At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in creative writing in Russian and English
Strong experience in media relations and event management
Ability to understand/navigate business concepts and quickly grasp the ideas
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Project management skills, good negotiator
People management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize and plan the workflow, high energy and proactivity
Good interpersonal skills, strong team player, service-oriented
