An international startup is looking for a Rockstar Marketing Executive.
The company is an exciting startup that connects professionals with people who need their help. From language tutors to health professionals, business consultants, to life coaches, we are the next social platform that helps people connect and communicate easier than ever before.
The company is growing and is looking for a Rockstar Marketing Executive who has experience marketing a platform-based B2C company or/and a B2B consulting firm (operating in both realms). Based in London, the Marketing Executive will have a substantial background in social media marketing, content marketing, growth hacking, and – specifically – in marketing a platform-based business.
Tasks:
You will work directly with the company’s founder to influence the strategy and execute the delivery of the company’s plan;
Develop and manage marketing campaigns
Oversee a social media strategy
Support the Enterprise sales teams with necessary advertising materials and sales pitches
Manage and maintain the company’s website content
Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts, in particular LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Track and analyse website traffic flow using Google Analytics and provide regular performance reports
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
Edit and post micro-videos to the website and social media channels
Arrange webinars and webcasts
Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
Write copy and maintain lists for email marketing campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Work on printed material to supplement online products
Attend product launches and networking events
Write and maintain the Company’s Blog
Liaise with other company’s team members to generate content ideas and share content generation workload.
Key skills:
Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
Communications: You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work, what their marketing application is and how each team member can help with delivering the marketing workload.
Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual. Basic editing skills or the use of cloud-based tools to create video-based content will be advantageous.
Web development skills: You will need to directly manage website content and demonstrate strong knowledge of content marketing and SEO techniques.
Project management skills: You need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects, repeat-cycle work and working to deadlines.

Qualifications:
Experience with EdTech is a must
Profound, expert knowledge of Education and training sector media channels in the Russian speaking (and ideally international) online community
Corporate / Enterprise level marketing or sales is a must
Experience and expertise developing marketing strategy, marketing materials, content for multiple channels, including text, image, audio and video content
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
Understanding of digital marketing mechanics, such as SEO, PPC campaigns, Metrics, sales funnel, etc.
Experience of working with a marketplace or a social network will be advantageous
Degree in marketing (or a professional marketing qualification) is helpful.
Compensation:
30.000 USD – 48.000 USD full-time equivalent depending on experience and qualifications.
