Company is looking for an experienced Marketing Director with solid understanding of the FX/Gambling/Crypto/Binary industry, its players, platforms, business models and current marketing strategies to launch a new revolutionary product for the global market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of CIS, Asian and/or African markets
- Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry
- An established network of IBs and partners would be considered an advantage
- Ability to prepare annual marketing plans, set budgets and analyze the market and competitors
- Fluent in English. Russian language is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the Company
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Develop a brand strategy
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Create and manage an affiliate relationship and market expansion strategy
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Manage and refine the company’s social media presence
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research
