Job Description:
As the Marketing Director for EV company in the CIS region, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and success in this dynamic market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales of electric vehicles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the CIS market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in the CIS region
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives
- Brand Management: Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity efforts in the CIS market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches in the CIS region, including go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Marketing Communications: Develop and manage marketing communications initiatives, including advertising, PR, digital marketing, social media, and events. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate brand messages
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence, engagement, and lead generation. Utilize digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing to reach target audiences and drive conversion
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Utilize insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on automotive or consumer goods industries
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of the CIS market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages a plus
